Responsibilities What You’ll Do • Operates, maintains, repairs, and installs pipe systems, plumbing fixtures, heating fixtures, steam fixtures, regulator valves and various system elements/appliances. • Responds to plumbing trouble calls and requests within the facilities, using hand tools, pneumatic and/or hydraulic power tools, analyzing equipment and testing instruments. • Performs routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems equipment and related equipment/systems. • Installs, repairs and/or maintains water, gas, oil, waste disposal and high-pressure steam and high-temperature hot water. • Prepares, maintains, and submits to the Supervisor, Maintenance and Construction requisitions for material, work orders, required records and reports relating to plumbing equipment/systems.
