Perform appropriate pressure tests and leak tests to ensure repairs are done properly. • Assist in performing other duties, including work of other trades as required. • Maintain work area and equipment in a safe, efficient, and clean operating condition. • This position requires interaction with internal customers and external service providers, supports and contributes to maintenance planning process. • Uses all tools and equipment necessary to make installations and repairs, diagnose & remedy mechanical problems quickly. Proficient in rigging and the set-up of rigging equipment needed to execute repair work. • Ensures compliance requirements are achieved, e.g. - Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), safety, and environmental. • Supports a Target Zero Safety Culture. • Documents Maintenance activities using SAP computerized maintenance system. • Completes training requirements as defined in training plan. Provides complete written documentation of work including work orders, PM's, etc. and maintains cGMP records related to maintenance & repair. • Utilize electronic technologies, electronic work order systems, e-training, and email.
