Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Commercial Project Manager to oversee large-scale restoration projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of projects, from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality control, efficiency, and profitability. Experience in damage restoration is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: • Project Management: Oversee all phases of commercial restoration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Sub-Contractor Procurement: Identify, vet, negotiate, and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
