Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Commercial Project Manager to oversee large-scale restoration projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of projects, from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality control, efficiency, and profitability. Weekly photos submitted each Monday to Field Coordinator and Strategic Planning Team • Rolling Schedule- Detailed three-week schedule showing all working areas of the jobsite and all trades involved • Ensures that subcontractors are providing own cleanup of trash and debris • Attends regularly scheduled safety training and procedure (Field Team Meeting) meetings • Performs safety management responsibilities, orientations, quarterly meetings, OSHA Standards, Program Components.
