This role involves supporting ductwork installation (including spiral duct), learning layout practices, and performing task-based mechanical work in a fast-paced jobsite environment. Responsibilities Include • Assisting with installation of rectangular, round, and spiral ductwork • Supporting mechanics in layout, assembly, and system installation • Measuring, cutting, and fitting duct sections under supervision • Using hand and power tools safely and correctly • Following all jobsite specifications, directions, and safety standards • Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe Requirements • 1–2 years of HVAC or construction experience preferred • Familiarity with basic ductwork installation and tools • Ability to follow direction from mechanics and foremen • Must provide hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots) • Must have reliable transportation • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and safety-first mindset • HVAC license not required at the apprentice level Position Details • Project Location: Ada, OK • Scope: Commercial HVAC Duct Installation • Employment: Full-time / Project-based • Schedule: 40+ hours per week • Start Date: Immediate openings Apply today!
