SNYDER TX: 3B Construction is in need of multiple EQUIPMENT OPERATORS. The right candidates will operate dozers, excavators, graders and other heavy equipment to cut and fill roads, level, dirt work etc... - hourly pay plus overtime. Water truck drivers and surveyors will work the same shifts. The project is completing a Solar Farm outside Snyder TX and will continue for 3-6 months with the opportunity to transfer to more projects with 3B afterwards. $100 per day per diem for travelers on days worked, hourly pay rates are commensurate with experience and the position. This project has been accelerated - 5 days x 10 hours per day, and Saturdays and some Sundays will be available at times for extra hours at overtime rates if desired. Your experience should include operating Bulldozers, Skidsteers, Loaders, Excavators, Rollers, Water Trucks, Blades/Graders and other equipment. Experience with Graders is a huge plus! These positions start immediately and hiring is continuous. Each solar farm being constructed is approx 3,000 acres. Laborers and Superintendents are also needed on site. Weekly pay including Per Diem for days worked.

3B Construction is in immediate need of several Solar Farm Construction Superintendents. This position is located in SNYDER TX. 3B is currently building two solar farms (approx 3000 acres) The Superintendent position will manage heavy equipment operators and laborers on site. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent supervisory skills and strong experience in and around heavy equipment/construction. Candidates should be proficeitn in the operation of most all types of heavy equipment, be versed in understnading and reading plans, be willing to adhere to strict schedules and manage teams to perform daily tasks. • Create and manage on site teams of operators and laborers • Interact with Project Manager to meet timelines and schedules. • Handle day to day activities as directed by PM or senior management. • Identify potential safety hazards • Understand and maintain all safety policies and procedures. • Must be experienced in the earth moving, road building, site prep industry. • Be prepared to oversee maintenance of all equipment, including preventative maintenance. • Create and communicate work plans with staff - job assignments, roles, responsibilities etc... • Meet with customers as required, review daily weekly timelines and overall end result goals • Assist employees with time entry, and other HR needs.
