Role Description We are seeking skilled and reliable workers to support multiple masonry projects across West Texas. Work will include masonry, bricklaying, CMU (4" SF, 8" grey smooth, 6" grey smooth), and cast stone installation. Open Positions & Pay Ranges (Local Workers): • Mason Laborers (General Laborers): $18 – $22/hr • Masons: $23 – $30/hr • Operators: $23 – $25/hr • Foremen: $32.50 – $36/hr Responsibilities: • Assist in masonry, brick, CMU, and cast stone installation. • Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently. • Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen. • Maintain safety standards and job site cleanliness. • Support team operations as needed; training available for laborers. Requirements: • Prior experience in masonry, equipment operation, or construction preferred (training available for laborers). • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. • Reliable transportation to job sites. • PPE: safety vest, glasses, and hard hat provided; workers must supply steel-toe or composite safety shoes.
