Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. Duties • Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring. • Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times. • Load and unload materials, ensuring they are stored properly on-site. • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. • Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to construction practices. Experience • Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn. • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. • Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team. • Strong physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. • A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.
