Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines. • Supervise and direct workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and schedules. • Maintain and update As-Built drawings throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve methods. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hold workers accountable to safety standards. • Prepare and review daily reports on progress, materials used, and site personnel. • Utilize Procore to document progress photos, reports, and schedule updates. • Schedule and coordinate inspections and ensure all permits and approvals are in place. • Travel primarily within Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, and other nearby states as needed. The ideal candidate should possess: • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar supervisory role (minimum 7 years preferred). • Strong understanding of construction procedures, specifications, and project management best practices. • Proficiency in maintaining As-Built drawings and using project management tools like Procore. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel and work on multiple sites across various states. • Commitment to safety, quality, and team collaboration. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred. • OSHA 30 certification is required (training provided if needed). • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
