Ideal Qualifications: • Past experience in construction. • Capability to work in a physically demanding environment. • Willingness to travel around the state of Iowa as needed, as well as work approximately 50 hours per week. • Ability to operate construction hand tools and other specialized equipment safely and effectively. • Valid drivers license. • Class A or B commercial drivers license is a plus. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include operating a skid loader, operating a backhoe, keeping the worksite safe, trash, operating power tools, driving, connecting trailers to vehicles, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
