KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) A. Establish and adjust work sequences to meet schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel B. Form concrete slab on grade C. Install edge forms D. Set screeds to ensure level surface E. Grind and patch required areas in concrete F. Set up laser and screeds for pre-concrete pour G. Direct operations during concrete pour H. Analyze and resolve work problems I. Ensure crew timecards are filled out and turned in J. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels K. Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance L. All other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES A. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operation and maintenance instructions, blueprints and schematic drawings, and procedure manuals B. Ability to use appropriate tools, including but not limited to: trowel, brush, bull float, screed, skid saw, transit, chipping gun, and grinders C. Strong teamwork orientation D. Positive attitude and professional customer service skills E. Detail orientation. F. Knowledge of equipment and their uses G. Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication) H. Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback

NOW HIRING – Construction Laborers Reports to: Mitigation Manager Paul Davis Restoration is an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers, residential, and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada. Evening and weekend hours are not common. • The ability to lift 75 LBS frequently • Desire to continually learn new things • Previous experience in construction or mitigation is preferred but not required Responsibilities: • High-level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, fire and smoke mitigation and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis Restoration and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager and/or Crew Chief. • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service. • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company tools and equipment. • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule. • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary. • You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
