Milling, Press, & Extruder Operators and Packagers Job Summary: Milling, Press, & Extruder Operators and Packagers are a vital member of our production team, responsible for assisting in the preparation, processing, and packaging of high-quality food products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Must be able to Pass Background Check • Must be able to Pass Instant Drug Test and Hair Follicle Drug Test Responsibilities: • Food Preparation: • Prepare ingredients by measuring according to recipes and production schedules. • Operate and maintain food processing equipment, slicers, and packaging machines. • Follow standardized recipes and production procedures to ensure consistent product quality. • Production and Packaging: • Assemble, package, and label food products according to company specifications. • Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to quality control standards. • Maintain accurate production records and inventory counts. • Assist in setting up and cleaning production lines. • Sanitation and Safety: • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including HACCP and GMP. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. • Properly store all ingredients and finished products. • Teamwork and Communication: • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues. • Assist in training new team members as needed. • Follow instructions and be receptive to feedback. • Inventory and Stocking: • Assist with the rotation of stock and help to maintain proper inventory levels. • Alert supervisors of any low inventory.
