Overview We are currently seeking a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone new to the HVAC field or a recent trade school graduate looking to gain real-world experience. This position is maintenance-focused and structured as a ride-along training program where you’ll work alongside an experienced Senior HVAC Technician for approximately 6–8 months. During this period, you’ll assist with routine maintenance, system inspections, and basic service calls while learning on the job. Responsibilities • Assist with preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting of residential and light commercial HVAC systems • Support senior technicians with diagnostic and repair work • Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, work areas, and company vehicle • Communicate effectively with team members and customers • Complete basic service documentation and reports Requirements • Basic understanding of HVAC design principles and mechanical knowledge. • Experience in construction, plumbing, or appliance repair is preferred but not mandatory. • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on equipment repair and maintenance. • Previous field service experience is advantageous. • Willingness to learn welding techniques as needed for repairs. • A valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites. • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
