Key Responsibilities: • Start-up and commissioning of HVAC equipment and controls. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems (e.g., split systems, package units, roof top units, boilers, VRF and chillers) and ancillary equipment (e.g., pumps, and cooling towers). • Repair and troubleshoot building control systems, optimizing for energy efficiency and usability. • Perform routine maintenance and scheduled inspections on HVAC systems. • Install, replace, or repair HVAC components, including calibrating thermostatic controls. • Inspect and maintain refrigeration equipment, including refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps. • Repair, replace, or install ductwork and other supporting system components. • Collaborate with teams for large projects while also working independently when needed. • Mentorship and training of apprentice technicians Job Requirements: • Valid Driver’s License • Must hold an 07A & 06A Electrical Licenses or obtain within 12 months of employment • EPA Certification or obtain within 90 days of employment • NATE certification or obtain within 90 days of employment (we are a proctor for training) • Minimum three years of applicable HVAC experience • Capacity to lift over 20 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. • Must be a team player with the ability to also work independently when required. • Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians Pay & Benefits: • $35-$45/hour plus commissions and performance incentives • Medical & Dental Insurance • 6 paid Holidays & PTO • Retirement • Newer model take home van • Company phone and ipad • Fresh company gear, hats and swag • Paths for advancement and growth in your career • Ongoing local, regional and national training opportunities • Mentorship and personal, professional, and financial goal planning • We love treating the guys to lunch, after hours events, doing team building events, and finding ways let our guys know how much we appreciate all they do!
