Core Responsibilities Installation Strategy & Oversight • Manage all residential and commercial HVAC installs from pre-site to final inspection. • Ensure quality, efficiency, and full compliance with industry standards and local codes. Team Leadership & Development • Recruit, train, and mentor installers and leads. • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. Sales, Estimating & Proposal • Partner with sales to scope jobs and produce accurate estimates and proposals. • Support closing with homeowners and contractors through clear plans and timelines. Permits, Codes & Inspections • Obtain required permits and coordinate with inspectors. • Verify installations meet code, manufacturer specs, and warranty requirements.
