Responsibilities: • Accurately document maintenance and repair activities. • Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent service and address their needs. • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems early and enhance equipment efficiency. • Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, display cases, and HVAC units. • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as coil cleaning, filter replacement, and refrigerant level checks. • Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with precision. Qualifications: • Ability to work on-call and rotating shifts. • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team. • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. • EPA Universal Certification for refrigerant handling. • Knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical systems. • Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environments. • Proficient in using specialized diagnostic and repair tools. • Strong experience with commercial refrigeration systems and troubleshooting.
