Job Summary The HVAC Specialist manages and maintains all SHI HVAC systems and BMS (Building Management System) in NJ and PA. They provide support to SHI employees, as required, and ensure SHI's operations remain online at all times. They work directly with vendors and partners to manage maintenance and repairs. The HVAC Specialist needs to be available to respond to emergencies 24 / 7 / 365. This position reports to the Facilities Manager and is performed at SHI's NJ / PA office locations.
