HVAC Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC lead Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing residential HVAC systems. Split units, package units, mini splits, dehumidifier, etc. The successful candidate will demonstrate mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing high quality service. Responsibilities • Install HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards. • Perform duct cleanings on residential systems. • Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions. • Install dehumidifiers. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications • Proven experience in HVAC installation. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand HVAC system. • Familiarity with air conditioning design principles and installation techniques. • Ability to read schematics and technical documents effectively. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Certification or relevant training in HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory.
