Overview Setpoint Refrigeration is a small, family owned company seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional field service and maintenance for HVAC/R systems and related equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and have experience in property maintenance, equipment repair, equipment installations and welding. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Duties • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings. • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on various equipment. • Drive company van to job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to safety regulations. • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during each job. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and customer satisfaction. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC/R needs.
