HVAC Technician and Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems. This role requires proficiency in both commercial and residential HVAC/R systems, encompassing air conditioning and ammonia refrigeration systems. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet safety standards and operate efficiently. Responsibilities • Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties. • Maintain and repair existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. • Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns promptly. • Follow all safety protocols while working with electrical components and refrigerants. • Document all service work performed and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations and maintenance needs. Qualifications • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role with a strong mechanical background. • Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques. • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus. • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively and perform necessary repairs. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety regulations strictly. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. • Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.
