Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the HVAC/R industry. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems. Duties • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial properties. • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of heating and cooling equipment. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service. • Conduct equipment repairs, including welding and other mechanical tasks as necessary. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service calls. • Document service performed and maintain accurate records of work completed. • Respond promptly to emergency service calls as required. • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related issues effectively.
