HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns on HVAC equipment • Make repairs for customers efficiently and without compromising quality • Diagnoses and repairs appliances and equipment in the customer's home and gives the customer an accurate estimate of the cost of repair if applicable • Uses basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair or test various products • Works as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer Experience, Qualifications, and Skills • Some experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. • Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus. • Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, property maintenance practices, and relevant building codes. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Valid driver's license for travel between job sites. Job Description Provide equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC maintenance, repair, and support to assigned service calls. Assist with the development of technicians' knowledge, skills, and abilities.
