Now Hiring: Lead Carpenter/Foreman Pay: $25-30/hr. Location: 1.5 hours from Martinsburg, WV. Schedule: M-F | 7am-3pm Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter/Foreman to supervise, manage, and coordinate construction crews on-site. This role involves interpreting blueprints and project plans to guide construction processes, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is completed according to deadlines and quality standards. We are looking to hire dedicated construction journeyman to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, load and unload frequently heavy materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled crew members.
