We are also being awarded contracts for prevailing wage jobs in commercial construction. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in all aspects of residential and commercial building techniques and possess a strong attention to detail. MUST MAINTAIN A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. - Follow saftey procedures - Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications - Manage less skilled laborers - Maintain a positive attitude - Maintain a professional image - Posess self-starting attributes - Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials as needed - Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, cabinets, and doors - Perform repairs or modifications to existing structures - Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively and safely - Conduct water damage restoration tasks when necessary - Fabricate components based on schematics - Adherence to company drug and alcohol policy Required Experience: - Proficiency in drywall hanging and finishing - Tile flooring and wall installation techniques - Hardwood, vinyl, laminate flooring installation - Insulation -Plumbing -Electrical - Airless spray, rolling, and brushing paint techniques, caulking -Vinyl and fiber cement siding -Shingle and metal roofing -Wood and metal framing -Masonry - Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools Join our team of dedicated professionals where your skills will be valued and further developed.
