Job Overview The Asphalt Laborer plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our plant. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Plant Foreperson with daily production duties and operate heavy equipment as needed. • Perform maintenance tasks before, during, and after plant production to ensure efficient operation. • Ability to accurately, safely, and efficiently operate heavy equipment based on job site needs. • Assist with ramping stock piles and loading customers safely and in a timely manner. • Contribute to maintenance efforts when a plant breakdown occurs. • Maintain cleanliness around the plant and surrounding areas. • Lubricate and perform general maintenance on equipment.
