To become one of our Pros you must be able to: • Diagnose and troubleshoot reported issues. • Perform emergency repairs and respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner. Maintain secure internet connectivity to maximize use • Maintain accurate records and photos of all work performed and parts used. • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing using a phone, laptop, or other method with our team members. • Work both independently on jobsites and as part of a team (our team is the “back office” and does work for your benefit on all work orders). • Remain on call and available when scheduled We will customize your profile in our system to maximize your usefulness. We design our program to only assign the repair orders you have pre selected. This guarantees you will be sent only the kind of work you want to do. You will also control your travel distance and work schedule. The repair orders we send you are yours alone, you are not bidding against competition. You need to have at least 2 years of experience. A background check is required, and we need to have proof of auto insurance in your name, along with general liability insurance. Worker’s Compensation insurance or a qualified exemption is also needed. Prior experience using app based electronic communication is a big plus. Any trade licenses you may hold are also highly desirable.
