Duties: - Perform various construction tasks such as cabinet installation, cabinet assembly, and related tasks. - Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate and precise work. - Use hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks. - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects. - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. - Offer excellent customer service to create a pleasant experience for clients. Requirements: - Previous experience in cabinetry or a related field is preferred. Starting pay based on previous experience. - Must have own hand tools. Truck, trailer and power tools will be supplied by Custom Home. - Must have excellent finish carpentry skills and excellent customer service skills - Knowledge of cabinetry techniques and related materials. - Ability to read and interpret units of measure, including a tape measure, is a must. - Proficiency in using hand and power tools. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects in open air warehouse and in homes. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
