About the Role Were hiring field IT technicians who can confidently support a wide range of tech needs for residential and small business customers. This includes troubleshooting PCs and Macs, resolving network issues, and repairing or configuring printers/scanners including issues like Canon MF printer network setup or G-series ink absorber error codes (e.g., 1700). Youll be dispatched to customer sites, work independently, and complete service calls efficiently and professionally. at Master Design Landscape Co. in Rock Island, Illinois, United States Job Description Master Design Landscape Co. is looking to fill Snow Removal Laborer positions in Rock Island County, Illinois, and Scott County, Iowa. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position and we are looking to fill 6 (six) job openings for employment from November 9, 2025 to March 31, 2026. Duties: Snow Removal Laborers will perform the following specific duties: Remove snow from walks, driveways, and parking lots using hand-held shovels, walk-behind snow blowers, and ice melt spreaders. Apply de-icing materials using hand-held and push spreaders. Perform snow and ice removal from building entrances, sidewalks, and other pedestrian areas using shovels and ice chippers. Drive company vehicles (Ford F-150 pickup trucks) between job sites to transport equipment and materials within a 90-mile radius of the company headquarters. During non-snow periods, perform leaf removal using rakes, leaf blowers. Load and unload materials for grounds maintenance, including salt, sand, and other ice melt products. Equipment Utilized: Hand-held shovels Walk-behind snow blowers Ice melt spreaders (hand-held and push models) Ford F-150 Pickup trucks Ice chippers Leaf blowers and rakes Vehicle Operation: Laborers will drive company vehicles, Ford F-150 pickup trucks, between job sites. They will not plow public streets. Laborers needed for snow removal season, must be available on call for snow removal at commercial and residential property locations. Laborers will use a shovel and snowblower, and ice melt spreader. Shifts will depend on the time and amount of the snowfall. Lift up to 50 lbs. Other duties as needed: leaf removal, load/unload materials for grounds maintenance, de-icing, removal of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots. Laborers may drive vehicle. This position is for 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, however may vary days or times to accommodate inclement weather. Laborers must have driving license class C to drive trucks between the worksites to bring maintenance materials within Scott County in the state of Iowa and Rock Island County in the state of Illinois. Requirements: Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is $38.79. Tools, equipment & supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay by-weekly by check. The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law. The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.
