We are seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee bid creation, project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of construction project from bid creation to implementation • Allocate resources for assigned projects • Coordinate with onsite personnel and subcontractors • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years previous experience in construction management or other related fields • Familiarity with construction management software • Previous experience with CAD software, civil modeling preferred • Strong leadership and qualities • Strong negotiation and organization skills • Deadline and detail-oriented Company DescriptionCentral Excavating has been in business since August of 2014.
