Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. Duties • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard. • Restore and finish surfaces including stucco, plaster, and siding to enhance the aesthetic appeal of buildings. • Perform metal stud framing for interior walls and partitions. • Lay tile for flooring or wall applications with precision and care. • Ensure all installations are plumb, level, and square according to project specifications. • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met. • Interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools. • Experience with stucco restoration, metal stud framing, construction painting, siding installation, tile laying, and plastering is preferred. • Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed. • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Construction Laborer / Carpenter

Job Details Description Duties & Responsibilities • Unload tools, prepare building site materials, stack building materials, and set up equipment. • Follow project instructions from construction superintendent. • Consult with construction plans and other tradesmen working on the job. • Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks. • Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment. • Ensure regulated and proper headgear, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, and clothing are worn. • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner. • Construct temporary enclosures and structures to facilitate construction operations. • Set-up winter condition provisions. • Install steel roof top equipment supports using mechanical means (clamps in lieu of welding). • Perform jobsite clean-up and scrap out. • Assist with project Punch List completion and close-out. • Complete floor instulations, small interior paint projects and minor interior and exterior demolition projects. • Supervise Labor Ready forces when needed. • Safely operate a variety of tools including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, and grinders. • Maintain company owned equipment per manufacturers recommendations and schedule. • Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly. • Fill equipment with fuel. Qualifications • Stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods of time • Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time • Use first aid equipment, a fire extinguisher and power and hand tools • Lift, move and carry heavy objects. • Ability to travel when necessary. • Valid Drivers License required. Skills • Proven experience as a construction worker, related to concrete masonry, bricklayer and carpentry fields. • Experience in operating basic hand tools is mandatory. Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers and forklifts is preferred, but not mandatory. • Able to work in a team. • Able to follow instructions and self-perform tasks without constant supervision. • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written). • Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination. • High school diploma or equivalent. Service Technician / Carpenter

Warranty Service Technician / Carpenter PRIMARY FUNCTION The Service Technician is responsible for servicing new Faber Builders, Inc. prior to homeownership and service for the first year of homeowner occupancy. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare and service homes by filling all nail holes, patching cracks, painting rooms, caulking, installing or adjusting windows, doors, locks and trim, and performing any necessary repairs. • Perform repairs listed on the service request according to building standards and the performance guidelines. • Perform duties as stated on service requests involving a variety of trades; including plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry, and painting. • Maintain communication with Warranty Service Coordinator and Site Superintendent regarding status of service requests. • Follow policies and procedures set by Faber and the Rochester Home Builders' Association with regards to construction and maintenance. • Knowledgeable in Faber Builders, Inc. warranty standards and performance guidelines. • Complete miscellaneous maintenance projects as necessary that will allow the home to meet acceptable builder's tolerance levels. • Assist Site Superintendent with any construction duties necessary for completion of new homes, including supervision of trade partners, performing on-site inspections, maintaining records, maintaining a clean job site, and handling responsibilities in the Site Superintendent's absence. • Complete punch list items necessary to complete and close homes. • Perform other duties as assigned. WORK ENVIRONMENT Regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt. QUALIFICATIONS • Self-starter with a minimum of one (1) year of experience required • Reliable transportation and clean driving record required • Must be knowledgeable in New Home Construction and Maintenance. • Willing to work overtime including nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed • Must have an understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts • Excellent communication skills • Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination
