We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Skilled Laborer. Position Overview: We are looking for a Full-Time versatile Skilled Laborer who can handle a variety of tasks, including painting, spackling, and framing. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation of general contracting knowledge and a keen eye for detail. Tile installation, plumbing, electrical experience is a plus! Responsibilities: • Perform painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing. • Apply spackle and other materials to prepare surfaces for painting and finishing. • Carry out basic framing work, including constructing and repairing wooden structures. • Execute general contracting tasks as needed, ensuring all work meets quality standards. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met. Requirements: • Proven experience in painting, spackling, and framing. • Basic general contracting knowledge and skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. • Valid driver’s license.
