Position Title: Carpenter (Level 3) Reports To: Senior Project Manager & Management Team Salary: $27-$30/hr. Overview: Carpenter 3 is an intermediate-level role within Trade Design Build's construction team, responsible for executing skilled carpentry tasks independently and beginning to mentor Carpenters 1 and 2. This level is focused on developing leadership skills while continuing to refine their technical expertise, making them essential contributors to the success of project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: • Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and model safe practices for Carpenters 1-2. • Quality & Conformance: Perform skilled carpentry tasks, such as framing, cutting, and simple finishing, with minimal supervision. • Quality & Conformance: Work to ensure a collaborative approach is taken with all members of the project team. • Quality & Conformance: Support Carpenters 1-2 in improving their craftsmanship and attention to detail.. • Schedule & Deadlines: Take ownership of assigned tasks, completing them efficiently to meet project timelines. • Cost & Budgets: Handle tools and materials responsibly to minimize waste. • Client Satisfaction & Professionalism: Deliver craftsmanship that enhances client satisfaction and upholds Trade Design Build's reputation for excellence. • Client Satisfaction & Professionalism: Ensure job sites are kept clean and organized while executing day-to-day carpentry work.
