RYCOE Enterprises Inc. is looking to expand our team with an experienced Carpenter! This year round position offers part-time or full-time hours to the right candidate(s). RYCOE Enterprises will supply all the tools and equipment necessary for you to get the job done right! Deliverables: Complete carpentry work including new construction, remodeling and repairs of residential properties Review plans to select and source appropriate materials based on project needs. Communicate effectively with property owner to address issues/concerns and establish a maintenance/repair schedule. Complete plumbing tasks such as installing toilets, faucets, water lines, showers and tubs. Complete electrical tasks such as installing light fixtures, connecting appliances, low voltage lighting, replacing receptacles and switches. Effectively manage time to complete projects in a timely manner. Skills and Requirements: Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction Prior experience in residential construction industry a must; experience with plumbing and electrical work a plus. Proficient in use of construction related tools and equipment Ability to work independently and manage multiple on-going projects Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box Reliable and trustworthy Ability to effectively communicate Compensation: Hourly rate of pay dependent upon experience – 25.00 to 35.00 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits (30 hours + per week) 401k with Company Match Team building events PTO/Paid Holidays Tools provided by RYCOE Majority of projects completed within local area with occasional travel up to 45 miles from Auburn.
