Job Description Our client is in search of a skilled Wood Finisher to join the team on the 1st shift in Davenport, Iowa. The selected candidate will prepare and apply stain and/or paint to various products, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet company standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and knowledge of different materials and their suitable uses. Responsibilities • Prepare surfaces for staining/painting, including sanding and cleaning. • Apply undercoats and finish coats using a full range of application methods. • Ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications. • Maintain equipment, including cleaning and making minor repairs. • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. • Monitor staining/painting supplies and request orders when necessary. • Follow all safety guidelines and safely operate machinery and equipment.
