Ideal Candidates will have the following: • Experience working with hand tools and small electric tools for use of general carpentry • Excellent organizational skills and proven problem solving and decision making skills • Must be able to meet physical requirements, bending, stooping and frequent standing and walking in a retail construction environment, and lifting up to 50 lbs. and may require ladder work • Must have valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation • You must have a valid and active email address and the ability to access the internet Daily responsibilities include general Removal of existing Deck and Put back, with Mechanical penetrations that must be kept in place and functional. The work area is weatherd in for protection from the elements. These projects involves carefully Attention to detail, ability to work independently and as a team with a positive attitude is a MUST! Minimum Requirements • Current and valid driver's license • Access to a personal car not shared with another person • Smartphone or tablet (apple or android) with internet access • Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting of materials weighing up to 50 pounds • be able to pass a background check • be punctual and dependable • have all appropriate PPE (hard hat, work boots, safety glasses, gloves, high visibility vest, etc.) • experience with Light carpentry, general construction, assembly, lumber, roofing, home improvement, hardware, skilled trades, retrofits, retail, commercial, remodels, material handling, and other transferable skills.
