Highly skilled carpenter/handyman needed. We are primarily looking for experts in siding installation & repair, fence repair, deck restoration, small roof patchwork, gutter refurbishing to name a few common tasks. We are not looking to hire employees, we need contractors that own their own business and would like to add to their current work load. We need you to handle various repair orders in tenant occupied homes. The private owner occupied home is quickly becoming a thing of the past. Many of the single family homes in your neighborhood are no longer owned by individual families, they have been purchased by private investors or investment companies and are being rented now. This change has created problems for many small businesses, as there are fewer private, retail repair job opportunities, since tenants do not control any repair issues. Most real estate investment companies own properties over many states and regions. They want to keep costs and quality of work and the resident experience uniform across the region, so they hired our company to help them. We are committed to keep their properties in good shape and handle their repairs, we have been doing this since 2017. In order to do this, we develop business partnerships with skilled professionals like yourself in specific locations to provide the swift, personalized response that is required. We communicate with you using a specially designed app through which we can send the necessary details of each repair order. We need you to be responsible, professional, and reliable. We design our program to only assign the repair orders you have pre selected. This guarantees you will be sent only the kind of work you want to do. You will also control your travel distance and work schedule. The repair orders we send you are yours alone, you are not bidding against competition. You need to have at least 2 years of experience. A background check is required, and we need to have proof of auto insurance in your name, along with general liability insurance.
