Who You Are • 5+ years of project management experience in utility-scale solar, wind, or energy storage projects. • In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy project lifecycle from Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Commercial Operations Date (COD). • Experience with modular technologies such as solar panels, battery systems, or other scalable hardware deployments. • Understanding of grid interconnection processes and utility collaboration. • Proven track record in managing projects in CAISO and/or ERCOT markets. • Excellent communication skills for engaging with C-suite executives and technical teams. • Self-starter mentality and ability to build processes from the ground up. Qualifications • 6-12+ years of experience in renewable energy finance, preferably with an Independent Power Producer (IPP), financial institution, or advisory platform. • Practical experience in executing tax equity financings or tax credit transfers (ITC experience is a must; PTC/advanced manufacturing experience is advantageous). • Solid technical understanding of U.S. clean energy tax credits and associated structuring requirements. • Proven capability to manage legal counsel, advisors, and counterparties effectively. • Demonstrated independence in negotiating and finalizing complex transactions. • Familiarity with project finance debt structures is a plus, though direct tax credit experience is critical. • Strong interpersonal skills that enable confident engagement with senior executives and investors.
