Field Site Safety Health Officer

Intro: Renewable Solar Inc. is a rapidly growing Solar Engineering, Construction, and Procurement (EPC) currently managing a portfolio of over 200 ongoing PV solar projects valued in excess of $300M with a staff of roughly 150 personnel. Renewable Solar is seeking an O&M Service Lead, Field Operations to support this growing workload. We are an alternative energy company looking to carefully construct a team to support each other and grow the business, while carefully maintaining our priorities for our customers. Job Description: We are looking for a Field Site Safety Health Officer (FSSHO) helps support field operations and our evolving safety culture by assessing the risk of our employees. Provides support to operations and safety. Assists Safety team in areas of data entry, database, critical thinking and problem resolution. FSSHO will support the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role will play a critical part in promoting and supporting a culture of safety continuously improving performance throughout the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: • Maintain OSHA compliance in all procedures and policies. • Provide employee evaluations. • Conduct accident, incident and near-miss investigations. • Compile and submit monthly safety data. • Implement safe work practices. • Inspect work sites to ensure working conditions are in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. • Check safety devices for proper working conditions. • Conduct safety meetings, build and distribute meeting agenda, take meeting minutes and ensure all necessary paperwork is ready for meeting. • Conduct monthly safety crew meetings or safety toolbox topics. • Identify safety trends and processes to determine necessary corrective actions and/or trainings! • Proficient in Microsoft office and programs • Maintain safety material boards, posting, PPE, first aid, Emergency Actions Plans and contacts, etc. • Responsible for all safety signage and safety compliance • Maintain a valid diver license. • Maintain fire extinguisher monthly and annual maintenance checks. • Attend safety committee meetings. • Able to communicate in large groups, foreman, superintendents, and managers. • All other duties assigned by safety manager. • Hold 5am weekly Monday morning Safety Meetings at RSI Warehouse and Field Safety stand down meetings on site when needed. • Schedule and perform Site Safety inspections and Job folder inspections at multiple locations. • Train and assist employees in the field on proper Safety procedures. • Train and assist employees in the field with proper JSA’s. • Hands on assistants in the field with Safety Awareness. Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 2-year experience supporting or leading safety programs from any industry. This may include safety requirements, recognizing, and/or mitigating workplace hazard construction experience and solar experience a plus • Working knowledge of California/OSHA regulations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Be proficient with Microsoft Suite • Attention to detail. • Ability to work primarily field. • When in the field, ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.) • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment. • Must have a valid state driver's license. • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Supervisory Controls The FSSHO will report directly to the Safety Manager. FSSHO is a supervisory position and is expected to directly manage safety of jobsites and crews. FSSHO is expected to work 40-45 hours/week, Monday-Friday. Core hours are 6AM-3PM to line up with Safety Manager. Evaluation Factors FSSHO will be evaluated based on their ability to successfully support operation and safety standards with problem solving and critical thinking. Pay Scale FSSHO is a salary position, compensation will be at market rates, based on qualifications, currently estimated between $56,000 - $60,000 a year. Fleet Specialist

Position Overview: The Fleet Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance, and compliance of the company's fleet of vehicles and construction equipment. This role involves managing the inventory of fleet assets, supporting the preventive maintenance (PM) programs, and doing reports for upper management on fleet utilization and equipment. The Fleet Specialist will also leverage the Samsara fleet management system to optimize the efficiency and safety of fleet operations. Core Responsibilities: Fleet Asset Management: • Maintain and manage an accurate, up-to-date inventory of all fleet assets, including vehicles and construction equipment. • Track and document usage, mileage, and wear-and-tear on all assets, ensuring data accuracy within the Samsara system. Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program: • Support Fleet Manager with routine maintenance activities using Buildertrend to notify mechanics about what needs to get serviced and inspected. • Monitor PM compliance to ensure all equipment is serviced within required timeframes using Samsara. Insurance and Registration Management: • Manage and maintain vehicle and equipment registration documents to ensure all registrations are current and compliant with state requirements. Utilizing Samsara to Full Capacity: • Leverage the Samsara fleet management system to track vehicle diagnostics, monitor driver performance, and optimize fuel efficiency. • Utilize Samsara for real-time tracking of fleet locations, asset performance, and compliance with scheduled maintenance and for Fuel Reports. • Implement automated alerts via Samsara for maintenance, safety issues, or compliance checks, ensuring proactive fleet management. • Create and analyze reports using Samsara data to improve fleet efficiency, safety, and cost management. • Create Reports for equipment utilization at job sites to report form completion to upper management Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance schedules, inspection reports, and compliance documentation. • Generate reports for management on fleet performance like idle time, operational costs, and compliance with regulatory standards. • Allocate for fuel with job sites the vehicles are traveling to Team Collaboration: • Collaborate with fleet manager and mechanics to get parts for equipment and any other necessary needs to support fleet operations. Requirements of the Position: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of one year of experience in fleet maintenance, or a related field involving vehicles and heavy equipment. • Previous experience in the solar or construction industry is a plus. • Experience using fleet management software, with a preference for experience with Samsara or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance procedures, diagnostic tools, and techniques for vehicles and construction equipment. • Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations as they apply to fleet operations. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes, communicate with stakeholders, and provide clear reports. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. • Comfortable working in various weather conditions and traveling between project sites as required. • Supervisory Controls: The Fleet Specialist will report to the Fleet Manager and is expected to work 40-45 hours/week, with core hours being Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekend work and non-standard overtime hours as necessary. • Evaluation Factors: The Fleet Specialist will be evaluated based on productive metrics and their ability to successfully keep stakeholders informed. • Pay Scale: Fleet Specialist compensation is negotiable. O & M Account Manager

Renewable Solar is seeking an O&M Account Manager in Hanford, CA, to enhance their O&M services into a profit center while managing customer relationships. The role involves account and project management, requiring 2+ years of solar experience. Responsibilities include customer engagement, invoicing, and overseeing special projects. The O&M Account Manager position is intended to help grow O&M into a profit center, ensuring customers are provided with a full suite of RSI monitoring, maintenance and repair options after the build. • Position Overview: The O&M Account Manager acts as the primary interface for RSI’s existing customer base, ensuring our customers are taken care of. The Account Manager will ensure customers are aware of O&M reimbursable service packages, to include monitoring and maintenance after the initial contract period, extended warranties, billing analysis, re-powers, retrofits, capturing WREGIS renewable energy credits. The Account Manager does not need to be an expert in these areas but must understand them well enough to ensure our customers are aware of their options. • Responsibilities: As an O&M Account Manager, this person will provide: • Account Management (Primary): Work with existing customer base to determine customer needs, periodically “checking in” to ensure they are taken care of. The Account Manager would handle invoicing for any reimbursable work performed for those clients, to include managing any re-ups after their initial O&M period has expired. • Project Management (Secondary): O&M Account Manager may act as RSI Project Manager for O&M special projects, to include scheduling work, tracking of milestones, invoicing, and project close out. • Requirements: The ideal candidate has 2+ years of solar experience. Candidates must be familiar with solar life cycle from contract sale through engineering, project management, construction and O&M services. • Tools: The Account Manager will be using Job Nimbus, Monday.com, Also Energy, Solar Edge, Microsoft Office on a routine basis. • Supervisory Controls: This is a non-supervisory position. This position reports to the Director of O&M. Expectation is 40-45 hour work week, typically Monday through Friday from 8AM-4PM with minimal OT or weekend work expected. • Compensation: This is a salary position, range at $65k-$85k depending on experience and qualifications. Package includes 5% 401k match and employer sponsored health/vision/dental and life insurance options.
