The O&M Account Manager position is intended to help grow O&M into a profit center, ensuring customers are provided with a full suite of RSI monitoring, maintenance and repair options after the build. • Position Overview: The O&M Account Manager acts as the primary interface for RSI’s existing customer base, ensuring our customers are taken care of. The Account Manager will ensure customers are aware of O&M reimbursable service packages, to include monitoring and maintenance after the initial contract period, extended warranties, billing analysis, re-powers, retrofits, capturing WREGIS renewable energy credits. The Account Manager does not need to be an expert in these areas but must understand them well enough to ensure our customers are aware of their options. • Responsibilities: As an O&M Account Manager, this person will provide: • Account Management (Primary): Work with existing customer base to determine customer needs, periodically “checking in” to ensure they are taken care of.
