With teams across the U.S. and China, we combine strong engineering expertise with rapid product development to deliver intelligent, efficient, and impactful energy solutions. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead company-wide operations and drive the execution of our clean energy and autonomous charging solutions. This role oversees all operational functions, including product operations, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, customer service, and cross-functional execution, to ensure EnerRenew scales efficiently and delivers exceptional value to customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Lead day-to-day operations across the U.S. and China teams, ensuring operational excellence and efficient execution. • Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and logistics for wind turbines and X-Caddie units. • Lead and scale the sales organization, including sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, and key customer engagements • Direct the marketing function by setting strategic priorities, ensuring cohesive branding, and guiding effective go-to-market and communication initiatives. • Establish and oversee the customer service and support function, ensuring service quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction • Build scalable operational systems, processes, and KPIs that support rapid growth. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, finance) to align operational priorities. • Support fundraising, investor updates, strategic partnerships, and corporate development. • Lead compliance efforts across product certifications, safety, environmental regulations, and regional requirements. • Drive budgeting, cost analysis, vendor management, and risk mitigation. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in hardware, energy, EV charging, robotics, or manufacturing. • Proven track record scaling operations from early-stage to growth-stage companies. • Proven experience overseeing multi-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing, or customer support). • Experience managing cross-border teams (U.S./China preferred). • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills. • Ability to operate hands-on while also building scalable systems and processes WHAT WE OFFER • The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000/year to $200,000/year plus bonus.
