RN Case Manager - Home Health

Job DescriptionJob Description Our client in the Ventura area is looking to fill their RN Case Manager position! Duties • Develop a care plan that is based on nursing diagnosis. • Initial assessment gets completed of patient and family to determine home care needs. • Re-evaluates patient nursing needs regularly • Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as patient status and needs change. • Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. • Counsels the patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs. • Provides health care instructions to the patient as appropriate per assessment and plan. • Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the care plan development and implements prior to discharge of the patient. • Perform other tasks as necessary. What You Can Expect The Renewable Energy Project Developer plays a crucial role in pre-construction activities for ENGIE's large-scale renewable energy projects across the United States and Canada. This position involves assisting the development team throughout the project lifecycle, including but not limited to permitting, stakeholder engagement, public hearings, environmental assessments, and project financing due diligence. As a vital team member, you will work with various experts, including land teams, interconnection specialists, and project delivery teams, to help achieve ENGIE's renewable energy initiatives for wind, solar, and storage projects. Your key responsibilities will include: • Project Development: Drive the development process of utility-scale solar, wind, and storage projects from feasibility to construction, which includes conducting environmental assessments, obtaining necessary permits, managing interconnection, and securing land acquisition. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with consultants, landowners, and other stakeholders, participate in public hearings, and ensure effective communication throughout the development phases. • Research and Compliance Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, tax incentives, and technology advancements; manage permit applications and interactions with local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulations. • Financial Contributions: Develop project financial models, support off-take origination efforts, facilitate financing discussions, and prepare investment materials while tracking project progress efficiently. What You'll Bring • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Finance, Energy, Economics, or a related field with relevant project development experience. • At least two (2) years of experience in renewable energy development or project management, demonstrating a keen understanding of permitting processes and community relations. • Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail, capable of presenting to diverse audiences. • A self-starter attitude, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed teams in a dynamic work environment. Additional Details • This role is eligible for a hybrid work policy. • Travel may be required up to 30% of the time, including occasional overnight trips. • Commitment to adhere to all ENGIE ethics and safety policies. Compensation Salary Range: $86,100 - $132,020 USD annually. This range represents the average expected pay for a qualified candidate, although actual salaries may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a competitive bonus/incentive plan.
