Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience. • A minimum of five years experience in the Solar or EPC construction industry, with knowledge of construction techniques and management practices. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Commit to health and safety, striving toward Zero Injury principles. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, technical procedures, and contracts. • Skilled in writing reports and project documentation. • Effectively engage with project managers, clients, and the public. • Present information clearly to management and external stakeholders. • Comfortable with basic calculations and the application of algebra and geometry concepts.
