Job Focus: Supports the College Mission and serves students, employers and the college community by preparing and providing relevant technical instruction. Under general supervision, prepares relevant curriculum for welding instruction in the classroom. The Instructor maintains a positive and productive learning environment by working collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and college partners. Success of an instructor includes the ability to collaborate, simplify, communicate, advocate, celebrate success, build trust, empower others, and improve the college community and its programs.
