The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and the ability to work on construction sites. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties • Perform welding tasks using stick welding methods on various materials. • Welding in all positions including overhead and on stainless steel. • Fabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Collaborate with other team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to welding equipment or processes. Requirements • Experience as a Welder with strong mechanical knowledge. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Ability to work in various environments, including construction sites and coal mine environments • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. • Certification in welding or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
