Pipefitter Welder

Turner Industries Group is looking for an experienced Pipefitter Welders for work in the Salt Lake City, UT area. Pipe welders lay out, fit, and welds fabricated, cast and forged components to assemble structural forms, such as tanks, pressure vessels, furnace shells, pipe and building and bridge parts. Essential Qualifications: • DISA background and drug screen • NCCER credentials preferred • 401K immediately vested, benefits after 60 days, holidays after 90 days, vacation after 1 year • High school or equivalent • One (1) to four (4) years of experience in specified skill (depending on mechanic level) • Job site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.) • Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.) • Applicant/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace Functional Requirements: Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly and welding; lays out, positions, aligns and fits components together; bolts, clamps, tack welds parts to secure in position for welding; sets up equipment and welds parts; may assemble parts by bolting and riveting; may weld pipe such as carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome, etc. by process of arc, heliarc, gas, mig, tig, etc.; may weld pipe, sheet metal, structural steel, brackets or other materials; may repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts; may use cutting torch to cut materials and demo existing assemblies. Compensation Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Sanitary welder/millwright

• SAFETY ORIENTED • Have 5+ years of experience with 3-A sanitary stainless welding, sanitary tube welding, pipefitting, stainless sheet metal fabrication, polishing, structural fabrication in GMP process settings. • layout and installation of process equipment using rigging and equipment. • Fabricate and modify valve clusters • Modifying process equipment • Stainless, carbon, copper, pvc piping • Ability to read and fabricate off of blueprints/P&ID's • Ability to draw and interpret isometric drawings • Willing to travel to various job sites in and out of state • Ambitious, dependable, self-sufficient, great communication skills, high quality standards, team oriented • Weld tests required • Provide basic hand tools • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to lift heavy objects 50+ lbs • Must be able to pass drug screening and physical examination Job Type: Full-time Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 72 per week Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: In person

Welder/Fabricator

Welders needed for our Salt Lake City Branch: ASME Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Must be able to pass 3G vertical up weld test using a GMAW process. Blueprint reading helpful but not required.
