Welder Responsibilities: • Welds according to all appropriate codes and procedures • Cutting, fitting, and use of appropriate tools • Ensures work order accuracy • Monitors quality of production using appropriate tools • Checks welding process to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion or expansion of material • Adheres to quality and safety standards at all times • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Experience MIG Welding in a manufacturing environment • Experience MIG Welding Trailers and/or Trailer Parts is preferred • Proficient in the use of Tools and Measuring Equipment such as Tape Measure and Speed Square • Proficient in the use of power tools such as an angle grinder or die grinder • Ability to multi-task in a manufacturing environment • Ability to Work well in a Team oriented environment or individually The Welder generally works from 6am-3pm M-Thurs and 6am-12pm on Friday. When working overtime, you can expect to work from 6am-4pm M-Thurs, 6am 3pm Friday, and 6am-12pm Saturday.
