Job Summary:The Shoring/Yard Welder is responsible for the fabrication and repair of trench box shoring components, gravel boxes, steel plate customization, and bucket repairs. This role requires proficiency with oxy torch, MIG, and ARC welding, along with a solid understanding of structural welding practices. The ideal candidate can read and interpret blueprints and build sheets, accurately estimate and order materials, and work safely and efficiently in both shop and outdoor environments.
