Submerged Arc Welder We are seeking a skilled Submerged Arc Welder to join our production team. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all parts passing through the Submerged Arc Welding machine meet our highest quality and safety standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our products and supporting efficient manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret shop drawings to weld structural parts in accordance with our quality standards. • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive personal and team safety attitudes. • Operate welding machinery, including Submerged Arc Welders, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safely used. • Work the 3rd shift schedule (typically 10pm-6am) and be willing to work overtime as required to meet production demands. Requirements: • Previous experience in steel product manufacturing. • Able to pass a GMAW Weld Test. • Prior machine operation experience. • Proficient in welding techniques with a solid understanding of welding principles. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to conduct thorough visual inspections of welded parts for quality and compliance.
