Fabricator-Welder (Stainless & Aluminum) Details: • Temp-to-Hire position • $35.00 to $40.00 /hour • Full Time work available • Weekend work required • First Shift (Tuesday through Saturday from 05:00am to 01:30am) • Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and aluminum parts • Repair and fabricate components on food or industrial production lines • Use grinders, saws, shears, and other metal fabrication tools • Ensure structural integrity and safety of repaired machinery Fabricator-Welder (Stainless & Aluminum) Qualifications: • Food Production experience, required • Proven experience with TIG and MIG welding (especially thin gauge stainless and aluminum) • Ability to fabricate custom brackets, guards, and other machine parts • Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication methods • Familiarity with industrial production equipment maintenance • 1-2 years + experience Fabricator-Welder • Applicant may be subject to a background check • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
