Weld Manufacturing Engineer Job Description The Weld Manufacturing Engineer plays a vital role in supporting the Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) and delivering manufacturing engineering solutions for projects or processes. This position requires expertise with robotic weld systems, strong familiarity with engineering tools, systems, and databases, and experience with project management and business planning. • Support the Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) • Plan, coordinate, and perform manufacturing engineering work for a project or process • Operate in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a background in engineering (mechanical, welding, industrial), knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance, and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting weld and assembly processes, quality, tooling, tool design, PLCs, robotic systems, and facilities.
