Key Responsibilities: • Experience with operating a lathe and lime boring machine or the ability to learn • Perform welding and fabrication tasks using MIG and Stick welding techniques • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications • Assemble and fit metal parts together accurately • Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools safely • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and customer specifications • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time • Adhere to all safety regulations and policies Qualifications: • Proven experience as a welder (2+ years preferred) • Certification in welding (MIG, Stick) is a plus • Strong understanding of welding techniques and related tools • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Strong communication abilities and teamwork skills • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials What We Offer: • Comprehensive benefits package, including health & dental insurance • Health savings account (HSA) • 401k + match • Paid time off and holiday pay • Opportunities for career advancement and professional development • A supportive and safe work environment Schedule: • Full-time • 8-hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday Location: 5487 Hart Lane NW, Bemidji, MN 56601 Pay Rate: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience Candidates must pass a motor vehicle / background check, job fitness test and a pre-employment drug screening.
