Job Responsibilities: • Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum. • Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components from blueprints or drawings. • Operate cutting, grinding, and forming tools safely and efficiently. • Measure, mark, and layout materials according to project specifications. • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow all company safety procedures and ASME standards. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of welding/fabrication experience (shop or field). • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Proficient with fabrication tools (grinders, torches, saws, etc.). • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. • Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team. • Certification(s) in welding a plus but not required.
