Job Description: Job Description • Follows all company safety rules and policies. • Uses electrical welding technique to weld parts of dishwasher models. • Checks specific component for proper dimensions and quality. • Reads shop blueprint drawings for weld specifications and job safety analysis work instructions to determine various parts to weld/install/assembly or by instructions of supervisor. • Inspects products and processes while performing job duties to ensure all work done meets or exceeds standards of the company’s quality program. • Works cooperatively and congenially with co-workers to achieve cohesive and productive work processes and work environment. • Performs additional tasks as assigned by management or as the situation requires (i.e. fabrication or assembly) • Daily inspection of welding PPE, inspect electrical and all gas connection (connectors, gas fitting, cables, hoses, and all watercooling systems) to insure welding machine or robots are in good condition for safe operation before use. Qualifications • High School Graduate or GED • Minimum twelve months experience required in GTAW (Tig), GMAW (Mig), or electrical welding techniques. • Prefer one year of electrical/vocation welding school or certificate. • Prefer setup and operation of robotic weld equipment to include editing programs. • Prefer One year or more welding in and industrial/manufacturing environment • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions regarding techniques required for general assembly work. • Ability to weld thin gauge metals of Stainless Steel. • Ability to read and understand simple blueprints. • Ability to use a variety of small hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. • Skilled in the use of material gauges, calipers and micrometers • Possess basic mechanical aptitude and ability. • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds or knowledge of using lifts • Ability to communicate clearly with other co-workers to coordinate number and type of assemblies required Additional information Benefits: Take this opportunity to join a successful and enthusiastic global team where you can make a significant impact immediately.
