Overview Wrights Farm is a small family business that has been established for 30 years, we not only weld and fabricate but also offer field mowing during the warm seasons. We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication and welding, with a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. From April until October we do some occasional mowing for horse farms. We would like to find someone that is capable of being in the shop or on a tractor. Responsibilities - Fabricate and weld metal components based on specifications - Utilize power tools and equipment such as calipers, rigs, and press brake machines - Perform stick welding and plasma cutting tasks - Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements - Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy -Able to drive large Kubota tractors with basic mechanical knowledge.
