Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. This position requires a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Responsibilities • Install solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted systems according to project specifications while practicing safety. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations. • Utilize power tools and equipment safely, including voltmeters for electrical testing. • Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during installation. • Conduct system checks to verify proper functionality of solar installations. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites. • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process. • Willing to travel. This is mostly work in Illinois. We travel every week Monday-Friday.
