Position Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and hand tools. Ability to work in inclement weather, stand entire shift, squat, bend, reach overhead, heavy lifting (60 lbs.), working at heights of 20 ft. or more and climbing ladders. Ability to travel to our out of state projects strongly preferred.
